Five Dollars Reward. RANAWAY, from the subscriber, living in Prince George’s County, Maryland, on Monday, the 20th instant a negro girl named Lucy, about 17 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, dark complexion, has a white mark just below her right ear, and a scar on her breast occasioned by a bite – had on when she went away a country cloth frock; black ground and blue and white stripe, which had a large new piece put into the forepart, and an over jacket of yellow country cloth, a black hat, and a pair of new shoes. She was sent to the Alexandria market and has not since returned, and it is probable she is lurking about town at this time. Joseph I. Florence. 1809 November 22 |
